Luci’s Healthy Marketplace
A new lineup of power bowls includes I’m No Spring Chicken Bowl ($10.99) with grilled chicken, field greens, spinach, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, avocado and hard-boiled egg. The hot Mojo Bowl ($9.99) is made with farro, quinoa, chickpeas, black bean, yellow squash, red onion, red peppers, avocado, feta and egg. Also served at Luci’s at the Orchard.

This new healthy, fast-casual Mexican restaurant just added the Keto Bowl ($13.95) to its menu. It's packed with Spanish-style cauliflower rice, sauteed tri-color peppers, avocado, sauteed garlic Brussels sprouts, Roma tomatoes, black olives and arbol salsa. It’s served with your choice of protein and queso.

The vegan chorizo bowl ($14) combines jicama slaw, avocado, dried sweet corn, Anasazi beans and radishes with a side of corn tortillas. Miso-glazed sweet potato and turmeric give the ancient grains ($14) a punch of color alongside charred onion, snow pea, grilled portobello, avocado and hemp seed. The new probiotic bowl ($10) will make your belly happy with warm garbanzo beans, quinoa tabbouleh, red beet power kraut, shaved pickled cucumber, romaine hearts and cucumber herb yogurt sauce. Add chicken ($4) or salmon ($7).

Wildflower
Start the day off with a hot breakfast bowl. The sweet potato and greens bowl ($8.39) boasts sunny-side-up eggs over kale, spinach, red onion, bell peppers, veracha, goat cheese and crunchy pepitas. The protein breakfast bowl ($8.79) is a bed of quinoa topped with sunny-side-up eggs, served with sausage, roasted tomatoes and spinach.

Grubstak
Build your own bowl, starting with a base ($4) like quinoa or roasted veggies; adding a protein ($3.50-$5) like roasted chicken or sausage; and finishing it off with a bevvy of topping options like barbacoa sauce, salsa, dressing or cheese (75 cents-$4.85). One of owner Colton Grubb’s favorites is the power bowl ($10.95), loaded with quinoa, roasted vegetables, kale, roasted chicken, Parmesan and basil pesto (add a fried egg for $1.15.)

Warm up with the spicy Korean steak bowl ($11), topped with green onion and sesame seeds; or the green curry tofu ($7), garnished with cilantro and sugar snap peas. Smoky with a touch of heat, the red quinoa with cilantro jalapeño hummus ($9.29) includes baby kale, spinach, arugula, red onion, cucumbers, garlic, feta and toasted pine nuts with a side of blue corn chips or pita.

A bed of quinoa kicks off the build-your-own protein bowl option ($7.79). From there, add a protein ($2) like chicken, turkey or hummus; and four vegetables, such as greens, bell peppers, beans and beets. Top it with almonds or sesame seeds and dress it with citrus vinaigrette, Asian sesame or creamy Caesar.
